Estate cleanouts across Frederick County and Montgomery County
Estate cleanouts in Frederick, MD start at the Frederick, MD base, and the same crew also covers Montgomery County. You see the full price on site before anything moves.
Families often live out of town. Many hand over a key, and others approve the price by phone once photos of the pile come through.
What decides the price of estate cleanouts in Frederick County and Montgomery County?
Truck space. The crew measures how much of the truck your items fill, quotes a firm price at the walkthrough, and starts only after you approve it. Hours on site do not change it.
Can we hand over a key if the family lives elsewhere?
Yes. Many families cannot be on site, so they leave a key and approve the price by phone after seeing photos. The crew works that way.
Where do the household goods go after pickup?
Usable furniture and household goods go to local donation centers when possible. The rest is hauled away. The crew treats the job with care, because it was someone's home.
What happens to the boxes of papers and photographs in a house?
Boxes of papers and photographs are part of what the crew takes, so the family should set aside anything to keep before the walkthrough. Whatever stays in the room goes on the truck under the one price you approve.
Does an estate cleanout include the workshop and outbuildings?
Yes. Workshop contents, yard items and outbuildings are part of the job, along with the rooms inside the house. Point them out at the walkthrough so they're counted in the one price, then the crew carries everything out and sweeps up.

"Great service. I was a little concerned about the size of my shed, to have it torn down with only a small gate to reach where it was located but they were able to quickly take everything down at a reasonable price."
