Yes, in the same visit. Walls, drywall and cabinets go onto the truck as they come down, so no second company has to collect a pile later.
Can interior demolition include structural walls?
The work covers non-structural walls and partitions. If a wall is in question, the crew says so at the walkthrough, before pricing, not partway through.
How do I get a price on interior demolition?
Book a free on-site estimate. The crew reviews the work and what is behind the surface, then states one price based on truck space, not hours.
Does the crew take out ceilings and flooring, or only walls?
Both. Ceilings, soffits and drop-ceiling grid come down along with walls, and flooring comes up to the subfloor. Everything goes on the truck in the same visit under the one price quoted after the on-site estimate.
What if the old walls might contain asbestos or lead?
Asbestos and lead abatement need a licensed specialist, and the crew doesn't take that work. If you suspect either in plaster, lath or flooring, deal with abatement first, then book the demolition.
